At present we are not experiencing any delivery delays. Live updates on DHL deliveries to your region can be found here.

We ship directly with DHL to over 100 countries throughout the world.

Simply select your preferred currency from our website header to browse and pay for products. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. Where applicable you may be given the choice to pay import duties and taxes in advance at checkout.  As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs not paid for in advance will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. Charles William Alexander is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.

*Please note, whilst the majority of deliveries to ROW destinations are fulfilled in 3-5 days, in certain circumstances deliveries to countries further afield (such as Australia, Russia, China and the UAE) may experience a short delay. All deliveries to these countries should be fulfilled within 7 days.

If you would like contactless delivery or for your order to be left in a designated safe place, you can update your delivery preferences in the DHL dispatch email or SMS that will follow your Charles William Alexander order confirmation email.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

When ordering from the Charles William Alexander site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our boujee signature boxes. These boxes are suitably sized and your items are well protected.
