Firstly, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy. We’re all feeling a little bit isolated and we’re pleased that CW Alexander is able to provide the comfort and warmth that so many of us are seeking at this totally strange time. Whilst we’re pleased to be operating largely as normal, there are some important steps that are being taken to ensure the safety of both our customers and our team that may mean a few parts of the ordering process take slightly longer than usual.

UK shipping times and delivery process

Although we are dispatching our orders our within our regular timelines, the closing of non-essential retail stores has put that delivery networks are under increased pressure. All our carriers offer contactless delivery, and have implemented additional hygiene measures to protect their workers and the people they are delivering to. All these things take a bit of time, so please don’t panic if there is a slight delay in your order.

Our CW Alexanders come gift-wrapped in recycled paper inside a CW Alexander print box.

If you require separate gift boxes for multiple gifts, please process orders separately or get in touch with our team and we’ll help you out.

We hope you will love your CW Alexander order, but if you’d like to return it for any reason it can be returned for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt. For our full returns policy please see our Returns page.
